If you’ve never been to our practice before, here are two easy routes you could take:
- Take US-78 out of Loganville west towards Snellville. You’ll stay on US-78 all the way until you pass a Burger King on your right, and then we’re in the next building after the auto shop, at 2381 Main St E.
- If US-78 has too much traffic at the Loganville end, take Lawrenceville Rd northwest, then Copper Rd southwest to get around it first. Then get onto US-78 and proceed the same way as in the first set of directions.

The City of Loganville, named after James H. Logan, has a rich history that dates back to November 9, 1842, when Logan purchased 62.5 acres for $150 at a sheriff’s sale. Originally known as Buncombe, the area was renamed Loganville on June 11, 1851, following the reappointment of William F. Kennedy as postmaster.
Loganville’s development included significant milestones such as its first town charter issued in 1887, defining the city limits as a half-mile radius from the Justice of the Peace Courthouse. Despite an early fire that destroyed the original land marker, the city limits were extended in 1905 to a mile radius from a central water well, which remains a historical landmark.
Loganville’s growth was further spurred by the establishment of the Lawrenceville and Loganville Railroad in 1897, a project realized through community efforts and significant financial investment, symbolized by a $5,000 bond issuance. However, the railroad ceased operations on January 17, 1932, due to the economic impacts of the Great Depression. This marked a transitional period for Loganville as it moved away from its agricultural roots to redefine its economic identity.
